Marriage on a Tightrope Interviews Margi & John Dehlin | Ep. 1696

Download MP3

Join Kattie & Allan from Marriage on a Tightrope as they interview John & Margi on the various aspects of faith transitioning as a couple.

Marriage on a Tightrope started as a resource for mixed-faith couples (like themselves) after Allan lost his faith. Mixed faith marriages have their own unique complications and issues and Allan & Kattie hold vulnerable conversations about their mixed faith marriage in order to give the listener context and resources to navigate their own relationship. They have helped hundreds of couples and families stay together and learn to love, accept, and communicate with each other when one goes through a faith transition.

  1. OMGosh! I had no idea that John and Margi went through all of this. Margi, thank you for sharing. I have so much respect for you and your words. BTW, I have so much enjoyed getting to know you as you cohost with John.

  2. I get you Margi! Pleasure getting to know you. Looking forward to hearing and learning about you more with your co-hosting. John and Margi compliment each other and this podcast!

  3. Thank you so much for this! Right now, I’m going through a faith crisis like John and Margi explained and I’m trying to figure out how to talk with my wife about it. It’s easier because we’re both converts, but my wife has made a lot of friends in the Church that she doesn’t want to lose. I’m thinking mostly about our kids. I don’t want to send our son on a mission when the whole racket is false. And our daughter, at 10 years old, is already asking why men are so much more important than women in the Church. It’s just going to get harder as they get older.
