Hands On - Listening to a Podcast

 

  1. Open link to "This week in technology" Podcast


  2. Find XML Rectangle. Right-click on XML rectangle and select "copy link location"


  3. Open iTunes. Click on Podcast Link


  4. On the menu, select Advanced--Subscribe to Podcast


  5. Paste the link to "TWIT" that you copied earlier, and click "OK"


  6. Expand the newly subscribed TWIT podcast by clicking on the right-pointing triangle.


  7. Wait for 1st episode to download (will switch from grey to black once downloaded).

    If for some reason the TWIT podcast fails to download, try the same steps with another podcast of your choosing, to ensure that there is not a problem w/ the TWIT podcast.


  8. Double-click on episode once downloaded to listen
